WINC members are not the silent type.

We are experienced presenters who thrive on talking about books, writing or illustrating to book clubs, writers' groups, libraries, schools, bookstores, and readers of all ages. We've given workshops at local and national conferences, appeared together and separately; and speak on radio, television and the internet.

Unprecedented in the state, this professional membership of published writers and artists represents a unique opportunity for groups interested in learning about what goes into a children's book: the craft, the heart, the fun. WINC authors can teach and speak on a variety of topics and can frequently tailor presentations to your needs. And yes, of course, we love to do school visits!

Your organization can arrange for individual or group appearances. Fees depend upon the number of presentations and the presenters.
